How Water Coolers Contribute to Enhancing Talents

You might have been seen offices with bottles on tables and employees working relentlessly but take their time out to fill their bottles and stand by the water coolers. For some irking bosses, this might be a waste of time and thus waste of money but then they fail to look at the other side of the standing-by-water-coolers trait of employees.

Places that have plumbed-in water coolers have an area dedicated to a water cooler. This area is kind of a refreshment area for the employees who work arduously in the office. While there are breaks given to these hard-workers, it is not always necessary for the break to suffice for the complex work they have been handling after the break. In other ways, office water coolers help in resetting the brain and people can get to work with a fresh approach. You never know an ingenuous idea may strike over a water cooler conversation than by brainstorming for hours at stretch. In other words, water coolers also help increase talents, develop internal rapport and may also help in taking out the maximum potential of the staff. Too much over water, eh?

5 Reasons Why You Should Opt for Mains-fed Water Dispensers

There are a lot of opinions about all kinds of stuff – cars, laptops, fans, coolers, etc; you name it and there pops the opinion. In this opinionated world, water dispensers are also not spared and it would be wise to say that each premise has its own opinion on which is the best dispenser. The views are different not because of looks but due to the convenience it provides.

While some may love the bottled water coolers because of low number of users, others would prefer the mains-fed water coolers because of the large number of people using it (schools, hospitals, theatres, etc.).

With our choice, a mains-fed water cooler is the one to prefer because of these 5 reasons that may get you thinking.

Reason 1: Water, water every time!
A mains-fed water cooler gets it supply of water from the main water storage tank of the facility where it is installed. This means there is no shortage of water because it doesn’t need to be manually refilled.

Reason 2: No added space required
Bottled water coolers need some extra space to store empty and extra bottles of water apart from the bottled water dispenser taking space. With mains-fed water supply unit, you are assured of a fixed space for the cooler.

Reason 3: Cleaner than bottled water
Keep bottled water in sunlight for a long period of time and you may see algae developing into it. This is not the case with mains-fed as water supplied here is fresh.

Reason 4: Easy to manage
No keeping records of bottles and no ordering for bottled water again and again with a mains-fed water dispenser in place

Reason 5: Easy to Maintain
Just a wipe on the surface and a check-up annually is all it takes to maintain a mains-fed water dispenser.

Why Your Water Cooler May Need Check Up

Water coolers are the lifeline of every premise indirectly because water is the source of sustainability of humans and every organism on this planet. But because not every kind of water can be drunk directly, thanks to the ever increasing pollution that ultimately increases the risk of contamination.

Furthermore, water borne organisms are also present in water that looks drinkable to the naked eye. Therefore, a water cooler is very necessary to keep in check these organisms, diseases and contaminants. But for keeping these life threatening diseases away, you need to make sure your water cooler stays healthy and hygienic.

It is also not necessary that it is water that plays spoilsport in causing every contamination. Certain water coolers such as a mains-fed water cooler has pipes attached to it that supplies water from the main water storage tank to the cooler. This pipe can collect rust due to continuous exposure to water and can make its way to the cooler.

Now, if the cooler is not efficient enough to filter the rust out, it may spell trouble as rust contains ferrous metals that are highly dangerous to the mental development of kids. Therefore, schools that have such water coolers need to give special attention to the maintenance of their water supply unit.
Secondly, every machine needs a check up after some time after prolonged use. Your water cooler also has a limit after which a check up becomes necessary in order to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. The filters are checked and replaced if required and the pipes are also checked, and replaced if required, for rust.

With timely maintenance, you may be assured a clean and healthy drinking water for the rest of the times to come.
